Total quantity or scope of tender

The swimming pool is currently served by a gas fired boiler which is in good condition. This project will add a CHP plant to serve part of the heating and most of the electrical load for this building. The current BMS control panel has lost its graphical front end. A new PC is required with updated graphics to control the existing and new plant. Some of the field devices need replacement and the panel needs to be upgraded to allow control of the new CHP installation. In addition, some sections of exposed roof mounted AHUs require insulation.

The scope of the works will be as follows:

Adding new BMS points to cater for BMS as well as additional points for meters.
